Our proposal for facade works and connection of two units into a single flexible commercial space was granted Planning Permission in December 2021.
Formerly two small units, the proposal connects the buildings internally to create a larger versatile commercial unit. The street facing facade is significantly overhauled with the introduction of two full height zinc clad ‘dormers’ framing new bifolding doors and windows, clad in varying scales of charred timber. The palette has developed from a study of the street’s character – calling on original Victorian references of brickwork and timber, with contemporary touches added in detailing and scale.
The project is currently on site and is set to be complete in Q3 2022.
