Planning permission has been granted for our complete retrofit proposal to 23 Goswell Road.
The wholesale proposal significantly improves the existing dated condition, to align with modern office accommodation standards with an impressive rooftop terrace overlooking the Barbican and City beyond.
The significant frontage to Goswell Road is improved through replacement windows, cladding and the creation of a double height street frontage, activating the new entrance sequence. Internally the building is re-worked to provide high quality accommodation, cycle storage + showers and a shared rooftop terrace.
